Industrial vision systems — Precision at every stage.
Smart QA/QC and inspection systems that enhance traceability, precision, and product quality. From a single inspection station to a full line of cameras feeding MES.
What industrial vision actually does.
Most plants don't need a research-grade vision system. They need a camera, a light, an algorithm that's right 99.9% of the time, and a reject mechanism wired into the line PLC. We build that — on commodity hardware where possible, with the smarts where they belong.
The wins are quiet: fewer customer returns, faster line speeds, batches that close cleanly because every unit was checked and recorded.
Inspection types we deliver.
Presence / absence
The bread and butter
- Cap-on, label-on, seal-intact
- Component placement on PCBA / assembly
- Foreign-object detection
Dimensional / 2D & 3D
Measurement at line speed
- Edge, diameter, height, distance
- Profile scanning with laser or stereo
- Sub-millimetre tolerances at >100 ppm
OCR & barcode
Catch the data, don't trust the print
- OCR/OCV on date, lot, batch codes
- 1D/2D barcode read-and-grade
- Print-quality grading (ANSI/ISO)
Surface & cosmetic
Where AI earns its keep
- Scratch, dent, contamination
- Colour and finish consistency
- Deep-learning models where rules fall short
From sample to running line.
Sample & lab test
You send representative product. We test fixturing, lighting, optics, and algorithm before quoting hardware.
Algorithm build
Vision job built and tuned to a reference set with positive, negative, and edge cases.
Pilot integration
Camera installed off-line or as a kick-out station. Tuned to plant lighting and product variability.
Line cutover
Wired to PLC reject and MES traceability. Operator screens, alarming, and tuning training handed over.
What customers see.
Recent vision work.
OCR & cap-inspection on a beverage canning line
Three-camera station verifies date code, fill level, and lid seam at 1,200 cans per minute. Reject grouped to a single divert station.

Common questions.
Do we need to commit to a vendor?
No. We're vendor-agnostic — we'll spec what fits the inspection, the budget, and what your maintenance team is already supporting.
Can vision systems handle product variation?
Within reason. We test variability up front and tell you honestly when an inspection is too marginal to deploy. Better to know before the cameras are bought.
What about deep learning vs rules-based?
We use deep learning where rules genuinely fall short — surface defects, complex cosmetic checks. For dimensional and OCR work, rules are still faster, cheaper, and more explainable.
