Every action signed off by name
Operators carry RFID wristband tags. Every ingredient selection, weight sign-off, and batch completion is logged against the operator's identity. No paper signatures. Full traceability.
System won't allow sign-off until you're in range
Per-ingredient configurable tolerance thresholds. Dribble mode as target approaches to prevent overshoot. The system holds until weight is within tolerance — accuracy isn't optional.
Scan the container, not a list on paper
Operators scan the barcode on the ingredient container to select it. The system verifies the correct product is being used. Misidentification errors eliminated at point of use.
Substitutions handled cleanly
Any ingredient line can be substituted mid-batch. The original is zeroed (excluded from the batch but still reported to ERP). The full substitution record flows back to your ERP on completion.
Prevent use of unverified stock
Serial numbers validated against ERP stock records at point of use. Expired or unverified stock flagged before it enters the batch. Stock on hand updated automatically on completion.
All zones run independently and simultaneously
Micro Room 1, Micro Room 2, and Bulk Blending operate independently. A single work order is split across zones automatically. All three can run concurrently without coordination overhead.
