Common questions.

Will you stay independent if you also do delivery?

Yes. Consultancy outputs are vendor-neutral. If we go on to deliver, you've already decided that — it isn't priced into the recommendation.

How do you charge?

Fixed-fee for scoped studies, day-rate for ongoing advisory. We won't quote day-rate where a fixed-fee SOW is appropriate.

Do you do safety only, or always with controls?

Either. Safety-only engagements are common for plants with their own controls team — we just sit alongside.
